SODIUM LACTATE POWDER

Sodium lactate powder is  preservative agent, which is mainly applied to meat and poultry products and has a strong inhibitory effect on meat food bacteria. Such as E. coli, Clostridium botulinum, and Listeria. It enhances and improves the flavour of meat and extends its shelf life.
In the cosmetic industry it is used as moisture retention agent due to its humectant property. It is added to bar soap formulations to harden bar reduce cracking.

SODIUM ACETATE POWDER

Sodium acetate is the sodium salt of acetic acid.  Sodium acetate is added to food to help prevent bacterial growth. As an acid, it acts as a neutralizing agent for basic or alkaline foods and can also act as a buffer to help maintain a specific pH. The sodium can also be used to enhance flavors.

MINERAT D POWDER

Mirenat® - D is a new food preservative based on a LAE (N -lauroyl-L-arginine ethyl ester). The main feature of Mirenat® - D is its wide bacteriostatic activity.
